When you insult the message, you insult the messenger.
I have been guilty of putting down things I was not ‘up’ on in the past and then I realized that every time I did this, I was turning people away from my ability to influence them for good both now and in the future.
The sun does not insult, make fun of, or otherwise trash talk the darkness, it just shines and the darkness disappears.
Einstein said “Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.”
Maybe this is a clue.
