It’s Not What You Think

You see a bear in the woods.

Your heart races, your blood pumps, your nervous system gets jacked with super human strength as you flee from danger.

You then discover, it wasn’t a real bear.  It was an actor in a bear suit.

The lesson?

The mind tends to respond not to reality, but rather, to it’s perception of reality.

So instead of imagining the worst, why not imagine the best?

Imagine people have great intentions and want to help you.

Imagine people think and say great things about you.

Imagine you have better things waiting for you in your future.

And be amazed as your mind, body & soul respond to those perceptions of reality.
