I was recently on a website that offered to give me something.

The offer was appealing so I opted in, only to discover that a purchase was required to get the thing that was offered.

I logged into my email inbox to see not 1, but 3 different emails from this website.

I opened 1, didn’t read a word, scanned to the bottom and unsubscribed.

I’m not purchase averse, I’m dishonesty averse.

It can be simple to stand out.

Common sense, is not common practice.

Do the thing that everyone says to do, that few people actually do.

Say what you mean, mean what you say and do what you say you’re going to do.

This is the first step in the ladder of trust and without it, the rest of the rungs are irrelevant.
