At the end of the day, it’s up to each of us to decide what a real leader is.
Who do we want to follow, and what sort of person do we seek to become?
Here’s 1 aspect of leadership that resonates with me.
Real Leaders don’t care about getting the credit.
They care more about the mission moving forward or the message taking root in the hearts and lives of the people the message is meant to serve.
True, for some, it’s all about the glory, the fame, the recognition.
But not for real leaders.
At least not in my book.
