Although probably not 100% necessary for building a business from home, logos can be a powerful piece to your marketing.
They can cast an umbrella of meaning over everything you do so that when people see your logo, they instantly think of what it means to do business with you.
Think of Apple & that simple, clean, elegant piece of fruit with the bite in the side.
What comes to mind?
That’s what a logo can help do to establish a world of meaning in the minds of your prospects & customers.
It’s like a bucket that’s filled with everything you stand for so when people see your bucket they know what’s inside.
I used a company called 99Designs to help create this logo that I’m very proud of.
99Designs is a great place for design work, only challenge is, it’s usually an investment of at least a few hundred dollars and can take some time communicating back and forth with the designers to get your design right.
I was recently introduced to a free logo maker that I’m super impressed with.
It’s called DesignEvo.
They have a massive file of done for you templates with pre-designed logos you can choose from.
Simply select the logo you want, fill in the text spots if you want to add text, adust size & colors (if you want) and BAM, a free logo ready to go, to help you build trust in the marketplace.
I created this logo in seconds.
I even used their text function to help tweak these upcoming t-shirt designs, since our designer was having a hard time getting the text the way we wanted it.
Pretty cool right?
If you’re looking to create a great business logo on a budget, I highly recommend giving DesignEvo a test drive, here.
Completely awesome Paul! Thanks for sharing I’m going to order my FCA shirt and go design one for my son! I appreciate the info!
WAHOO! Can’t wait to see a pic of you with your new shirt and also your new logo!
This is freaky stuff Paul I just did a video talking about this software today, clicked on this email and it’s the same thing lol..
ha ha.. no way! Totally awesome! Do you like it?
WOW thank you for sharing that tool! Did you use the already created tree, or was that available to you in the free logo maker, as well?
For sure my brother! The tree was something we had designed a few years ago so that was not in the free logo maker…
