3 Tips For Better Invitations

If you’re in sales, networking or internet marketing – the fact of the matter is, people won’t be buying unless they see what you’re offering.

1 simple way to make this happen by inviting them to look.

This is why I like to call invitingthe money skill.

Invitations can be super fast & easy like in a Facebook messenger audio, especially with people you already have Rapport with.

They work even better if you’ve taken the time to find a need or a desire so you can use the irresistible invitation.

Here are 3 other quick tips for making more effective invitations.

First, never ask if someone is ‘interested’ in looking, instead always use the word ‘open’.

Open is better language for invitations.

Second, always strive to arouse curiosity before you invite someone if they’re open to looking.

This is where you try to give them a reason that might entice them to want to look.

For example, right before you ask them if they’re open to looking, you could say something like…

“I recently ran across a project that looks like it could be pretty lucrative.”

or

“Something came across my desk that’s really caught my attention.”

Third, when you give the invitation, ask a direct question with the word ‘open’ that requires a yes or no response.

“Rob are you open to watching a short video that might be able to help you achieve that goal you told me you wanted?”

The direct question puts the ball in their court and requires them to tell you “Yes” or “No”.
