Over the last few days I’ve been blessed to spend some time with some of the most amazing people in my life.
Heart centered freedom crusaders who have banded together to help support each other along the road to growing our dreams into reality.
We all met up for the first time in Branson this week for our very first live event.
Today was the last day so a few of us met together for a mastermind.
As we were standing around chatting after our get-together, Peter Tinsley, was giving some pretty awesome compliments and accolades to my partner Mike and I for the roles we play in our community. (thanks again Peter!)
One trait I admire in my favorite leaders is humility expressed in their tendency to give most or all of the credit for any greatness to the people they are endeavoring to serve.
As I mentioned in my portion of the mastermind share “The beauty of us, is us.”
It’s not me it’s we.
As I was doing my best to express that in response to Peter’s very kind words, Sakshi Zion, another great friend & Freedom Crusader shared a great African phrase from the Ubuntu Philosophy.
“I am because we are.”
What a great way for leaders to accept the kind words offered from fellow crusaders while spreading the love and credit at the same time.
