Brain Music By AI

A week or so ago I got an email from one of my favorite Newsletters, Abundance Insider, which is produced by Peter Diamandis who is a well known tech entrepreneur with billionaire status.

His team had discovered a music app that is designed to create different brain states.

If you’ve played around with relaxing music for sleep, techno for energy or perhaps binaural music for meditation, then the concept of using music to alter states of consciousness is probably not new to you.

What is new and different with this particular app, is that it’s created by scientists who are rigorously testing the results and using artificial intelligence to create the music.

It’s called Brain.Fm and you can listen to a few selections here for free.

If you want the full version where you can listen to unlimited tracks, it’s pretty reasonable at around $6 per month.

I’ve been testing it now for a couple weeks and I love it.

I’ve used the focus tracks to increase concentration while reading and working and I can say I’ve really noticed a difference.
