Posting on Facebook does not lead to sponsoring more customers or recruiting more reps.

Inviting people to see your company presentation, following up and guiding people through the enrollment process does.

So if you want to increase your recruiting results from Facebook – here’s a simple but worthwhile tip.

Post less, engage more.

But I’m still recruiting new customers & reps from facebook.

How can this be?

Because even though I’m not posting new posts all the time – I’m connecting with people in the chat box and engaging in the recruiting process and that is leading to enrollments.
