My mentor Art Williams once told me nothing in life that’s worth having ever came easy.

Sometimes it’s all you can do to pick yourself up off the ground and remind yourself that “The ground is no place for a champion.”

But it’s worth it.

If you never give up and keep moving forward you’ll make progress,
