Posting On Purpose For Profit

It never ceases to amaze me that when you

get clear and decide

exactly what you want, the way to get there seems to open up right in front of you.

One of my goals is to get to 50 leads per day over the next 3 months..

So – 50 leads a day – How in the heck am I gonna do that?

Some of that will come from paid marketing and some will come from free content marketing.

So, I said to myself, rather than banging my head against the wall through trial and error, doing things wrong again and again and again to FINALLY learn the right way to do it…

…why not just ask an expert.

I immediately took action, skyped Rob Fore and asked him how much he would charge me to give me his exact daily routine for SEO.

Guess what he said? –

“Dude, you don’t have to pay me.. here are the tools I use and here is some training I put together that will show you how to do exactly what I do”.

Wow!

Man am I grateful to be learning from one of the best, so that I don’t have to go through all the trial and error he went through to know what he now knows.

So, here I am going through his first training site, Posting on purpose For Profit.

Here are some of the nuggets I’m getting from this awesome training.

#1 – You don’t have to rank to get traffic and your MISSING OUT on traffic if ranking is your only goal.

Many people (myself included) have been totally focused on getting our content to page one of Google for various search terms.

1 BIG aha moment for me here is that you can re-purpose your content.

You take the content (ie. blog post) that you invested time researching, writing and making good.. change it slightly (make it 30%) unique and upload it to various other sites that get internal search traffic.

Part of my current strategy is to create a Youtube video around the keyword and get it on Youtube because I know that many people go directly to Youtube to look for stuff (skipping the google search).

What I failed to realize is that I’m missing the boat by not posting that content to forums, article directories and document sharing sites.

For example, if you take that blog post and turn it into an ebook using a service like Zinepal.com. Then upload that bad boy to a document sharing site like www.docstoc.com.

…you’ll start to get traffic from these forums and document sites WITHOUT ranking on Google.

How important is this?

I was shocked to see one of the keywords Rob targeted was “MLM Recruiting Secrets”.

The Google keyword tool showed around 260 monthly searches.

By re-purposing his content and uploading to some of these other sites.. his traffic WITHOUT Google was 1,600.

WOW!

That’s some serious traffic we’re missing out on by not re-purposing our content.

Don’t let being cheap.. keep you broke~

Sometimes you just need to buy stuff and grow your business.

..Dr. Napolean Hill teaches in “think and grow rich” that “It pays to know how to purchase specialized knowledge.

Here is a mind shift… buying stuff helps you.

Selling good information and tools helps other people.

Major Money Making Lesson = = = => Buy Stuff and Sell stuff because it’s helpful to and conducive to making more money. 😉

Feel good about it. Don’t clutch your dollars tightly like you’re never gonna get more.

Find things to buy that will help you make more money and more will come.

On that note, I’m gonna go buy Rob’s other product called Predatory SEO and get the rest of the info I need to hit my goals.
