Principle Centered

Principle Centered

January 26, 2018by Paul Hutchings

John Maxwell said, “Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less.”

Per this definition, Gandhi was a leader and so was Hitler.

Seems wrong to put those 2 men in the same bucket, doesn’t it?

Perhaps, we need 2 more words.

Principle centered.

Leadership where the ends do not justify the means.

Leadership based not alone on what’s useful, but on what’s right as well.

Principle centered leadership.

The bad news: There seems to be an emergency shortage.

The good news: We need you to help fill the void.
