Here’s a golden question : Where’s the best place to build an audience on the internet? After over a decade of successful online marketing experience – here’s my answer and just as importantly, WHY it’s my answer. Am I right or flat out wrong? Would love to hear your thoughts below.
Sure Paul, have a home base. Yet what people remember on all those platforms is who you are. Keep sharing your name and value of what you want people to remember and it won’t matter if you have a home base or not. Even losing my blog, Instagram, YouTube, you name it as well, people still remember me to refer me for their needs. In fact, I bet most people don’t go to your blog first when they think of you… more of Think and Grow Rich and the different communities you have built. Keep up sharing your insights and peopl follow.
Thanks for sharing Alecia. Yes.. both are important. You can’t have a home base and not be a person of value. Both seem to be helpful. The reason many think of my name and the Think And Grow Rich call – is precisely because – that was my home base for years and years and years… people knew where they could find me and it was on that conference call. Same principle. Appreciate your insights.
I LOVE your content. And I LOVE blogging.
Over the years that I’ve been marketing online, the one constant for me has always been my blog. I love it for all of the reasons you mentioned… and I’m a big believer in having a ‘hub’ that I own 100% and where people always know they can find me.
Social media platforms come and go, and algorithms change, etc…. but none of that effects my blog!
Thanks for another super valuable message today, Paul! I love you and your wisdom and your content.
You are the BOMB dot COM!
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for all of your positive feedback Amy.
Of course, it helps me to strengthen my belief in my content and value which inspires me to continue producing!
And right? The blog as been the constant… over the years.
There it is, whispering to us – reminding us – that it’s there.
Much love and appreciation!
Let’s GOOOOOO!
