The crusader believes deeply in her cause.
She can’t be swayed by others.
She knows what she’s doing is right and will not be moved from her path.
This type of belief is required for leadership.
At the same time, in order to work successfully with those who are not yet converted, she must also take the heretical stance that it’s OK for others to have a different path.
There are many ways up the mountain and while she believes deeply in the one she’s forging ahead with, she understands and leaves room for alternate routes,
…remembering that the real goal is not so much the path we take, but rather – that we all make it to the top.
She’s both a crusader for her cause and a heretic to some, because she is tolerant and humble.
