Top 7 Ways To Sponsor & Recruit Without Home Meetings

Top 7 Ways To Recruit Without Home Meetings

Have you ever had the experience of joining a home based business,

only to be told, that the way to succeed in your new ‘home business’,

… was to make a list of ALL your friends & family to then spend days & nights in THEIR homes?

Oh boy, I remember those days.

Leaving my family every Thursday night to ‘go to the meeting’.

Did it work?

Yeah.. we recruited some people & built some small teams.

But after 5 years of that stuff, my income amounted to about $1,000 a month.

What if I was to tell you that you could build a HUGE income that really truly was a business from home?

What if you could build a great income & build teams worldwide right from the comfort of your house?

If, as you read these lines, your eyes are widening and your heart is racing a bit faster…

BUCKLE UP…

You’re my kind a people and you’re about to discover the top 7 ways to recruit & build a home based business without leaving your home.

WAY #1 – Build An Email List

When I first learned that you could drive cold prospects to a web page where they would add themselves to your list…

THEN you could build a relationship with them so they could get to know, like & trust you over time..

It made perfect sense.

Have you ever been told to make a list of everyone you know & pitch em on your biz opp?

Yeah?

Me too.

So the good news is… when you learn that through the internet… you can

1)  Make a list

2)  Build a relationship with the people on that list via blog posts, videos & audios

3)  Sponsor & recruit those people into your business from any location of your choice – pretty much anywhere on planet Earth..

That just makes sense doesn’t it?

I’ve been building my business like this for 5 years now and I’ve gotta say…

It works a way better than those fishbowls in the Chinese restaurants ever did.

You know the ones I’m talkin’ bout’ right?

Where you put a fishbowl by the cash register and offer a chance to win a free dinner in exchange for a business card.

Yeah.  I actually did that.

(Don’t judge, I know you did some crazy stuff too in an effort to win your freedom).

GOOD NEWS…

No more of those silly shenanigans.

You can place virtual fishbowls all over the world via the internet,

….collect contact info and follow up EN MASSE via email.

Good bye phone prospecting.

Can I get a hallelujah?

How bout’ an Amen!?

WAY #2 – Blogging

Blogging is AWESOME!

I’m serious.

Blogging is multi-tasking money making mania all over the place.

How you might ask?

Every blog post is like a fish bowl placed in Chinese restaurants that are filled with customers  who are gathered there for a convention on how to make money.

The fish bowls never come down.

The fish bowls never run out of FREE dinners.

You don’t have to call the business cards to get em to look at your sales message – people will do that in large groups of their own free will and choice.

So – You collect leads through blogging.

Second – As you’re blogging for NEW leads simply by writing cool stuff,

.. you can send that exact same blog post out to all the people who left their biz card & looked at your sales message,

…but for whatever reason, didn’t buy the first time.

Thus – you bring them back to your sales message again and again and again – —- Until they do, buy.

While you’re REELING them back into your universe, via your your little bloggie fishing lines…

Hopefully, they’ll be like..

Wow this guy or gal makes me laugh.

Their content helps my business.

They’re real.

I like him/her…

I DO wanna buy, join, do business etc.

You get the point.

So with blogging – you can recruit LOTS and LOTS of people into your business – without ever doing a home meeting.

WAY #3 – Facebook Chatting

Have you ever thought about reaching out to people on Facebook to connect & sort & sift?

This is another great way to recruit without home meetings.

Most people go about it all wrong though.

Have you ever been hit up by someone on FB & you just KNEW – the ONLY reason they were connecting was to see if they could sponsor you?

Have you ever had people start facebook chats & not even finish them, because they figured out you weren’t a prime target for their business?

Man.. that’s happened to me a lot.

How bout this approach?

You build your friends list and while you’re building it up with REAL people..

You continuously share value, great pictures & good content that people begin to interact with.

After a little bit of time – people will get to know who you are, like you and trust you.

THEN,

one day… You take one of your posts and start chatting with people who have liked, commented or shared.

This is like reaching out to your warm market because if they’ve been interacting with your posts – at least they know something about you and like you enough to interact.

BUT WAIT – There’s MORE… Here’s my 2 cents…

When you reach out to people…

Do it with the sincere desire to deepen the relationship just a little.

Find about a bit more about them, their life, their biz… their family…

And while you’re doing this, try to sense if there’s an opening.

If there is – great.

If you can’t sense an opening – no biggie… it’s still cool to ask

..in a cool way…

For example..

“Hey Jan, I know this might be a bit of a long shot.  But I’ve really enjoyed chatting with you so I gotta ask.  Would you be open to taking a look at a way to generate income outside of what you’re currently doing or are you closed off right now?”

Don’t say pitchy or hypey things like…

If I could show you a way to make $100,000 a month in the next 90 days…

Just be straight up and ask if they’re open right now or closed.

They’ll respect you.

AND – if you chatted with a sincere desire to deepen the relationship just a bit – regardless of the outcome – your time will have been an investment in the future even if they don’t look at your link.

Capisce?

WAY #4 – Conference Calls

One of the BIG reasons people do home meetings, is to get bigger groups in a room to listen to someone experienced do the selling.

The fact that you’re reading this blog post means you’re a leader and leaders want leverage right?

I get it.

Home meetings -> one way to leverage.

But here’s another.

Just do a conference call and invite people to listen in to the message.

Conference calls can hold like 1,000 people on the FREE line.

Have you ever been to a home meeting with 1,000 people?

Yeah me neither.

You wanna talk leverage?  BOOM sha la ka laka!

You can use a service like www.FreeConferencing.com

It works great and it’s free.

Here’s a little tip.

If you can make your calls – value based – people will have a good time, wanna come back and feel good about inviting people in the future.

For an example – dial into the replay from our TAGR morning call from today where we have 100’s of people who willingly dial in daily..

712-432-0990 Access 565762#

Occasionally – I give a soft call to action to get back with whoever invited them to the call to ask about their business.

WAY #5 – Webinar or Google Hangout

Do you remember when you had to pay $100 bucks a month for Gotowebinar?

I do and, when I was first getting started online –

…still living in a single-wide trailer house – I was like..

“DAAAAAAAAAAAAAANG”

Guess what?

Now, you can do FREE webinars, with video with Google Hangout.

Seriously, this is really getting easy now.

Last week, my partner Mike & I (did a hangout with 278 people live.

FREE.

When’s the last time you saw 278 people in a home meeting?

WAY #6 – Voice Broadcasting

Now, I haven’t used this one much myself – but I have 2 friends who are doing amazingly well it with voice broadcasting.

Basically, you record a message and this software blasts your message out to hundreds or thousands of people.

The one’s who want more info –

…are eventually filtered to you so you can welcome them into the business.

Hate those calls?

Yeah… me too.

But they work.

I have 2 different friends, each earning big incomes with this type of marketing.

WAY #7 – Regular Live Events

The biggest kickback you get whenever you talk about giving home meetings ‘the axe’,

is…

“There are still people who like to shake hands, look into eyes, hug, deepen the relationship”.

And, I’d have to say…

That’s true.

The truth is, if you wanna keep people around – and build a team that will foster success, and last – you can’t escape live events.

The good news is..

You don’t have do them every week in someone’s house.

Our company & team gathers live a few times per year.

We all get to know each other online – via conference calls, webinars, group mastermind chats, hangouts & occasional phone calls… but every 90 days, we meet to learn from our leaders,

Strengthen the vision & fortify the relationships we have with each other.

I actually DO enjoy meeting people I’m working with – learning together & growing with each other.

That’s a BIG part of why I do what I do.

(I just don’t wanna do it weekly, with strangers in my house)

For me, this business isn’t  just a business.

It’s a way to make money, be free and develop the soul.

We do that best with each other.

Maybe that’s why none of us was born alone, on a deserted island.

In any case…

I hope you’ve enjoyed these top 7 ways to recruit, build teams & make money WITHOUT home meetings.

Here’s the list again for a re-cap.

1- Build an email list

2- Blogging

3 – Facebook Chatting

4 – Conference calls

5 – Webinar – Google Hangout

6 – Voice Broadcasting

7 – Regular Live Events

Oh WAIT – I almost forgot.  Here’s an extra.

BONUS WAY – Warm Traffic To A Live Phone Call

For a lot of years, people would see my YouTube videos – warm up to me a bit & then leave me their phone number…

These types of leads are GOLDEN & if you’re willing to make some dials – you can definitely sign people up this way – without home meetings.

Hope you enjoyed this post.  Thanks for reading.. Did these tips help?  Do you have other ways to sponsor customers and team members without home meetings?  Let me know below.

  3. Awesome stuff, Paul! That’s a great list! I’d add one more to the list… shooting videos on a regular basis. It gives people a chance to know and connect with you. As they say, people don’t join businesses, they join you. So give them a chance to get to know you! Awesome stuff, brother! Couldn’t agree more!

  6. Oh this was THE BOMB!!! Something that has been working well for me on my warm leads is to shoot a personalized video message on my phone and send that to them over Facebook. Then I send the funnel link and follow up. Every single one of the four I’ve sent has watched the link and so far I’ve had one sale. I followed that with a Skype coaching call, and now she’s strongly considering All In. Love these tips Paul — thanks!

Something Mike Hobbs mentioned to me the other day but I haven’t done yet.

Do you mind sharing with us what you say in the video?

And do you send the video before chatting them up?

      Enquiring minds want to know!

      Thanks again for sharing!
