After your prospect has seen the video and expressed interest in what they saw, my favorite thing to say next is…
“Great, do you have any other questions or are you ready to get started?”
There’s that handy exclusive or language pattern again. 🙂
If they say “I’m ready to get started”, the next best thing to say is..
“Awesome, are you in front of your computer?”
When they say “Yes”, you can then say, “Great, go to www.YouJoinPage.com and let me know when you get there.”
Once they get there you can start to guide them through the process of filling out the form.
I’ve found another thing that works well is to let them know what they can expect after they join.
You can say, “After we get this form submitted I’m going to show you where to go in the back office so we can get you moving in the right direction.”
Imagine your prospect is walking in the dark.
They’re unsure about their next step because they can’t see what’s in front of them.
When you give them a picture of what’s coming, using your words, it’s just as if you’ve handed them a flashlight, and now, they feel much more comfortable moving forward.
