Replication

I dont’ have all the answers on replication.

One thing I know for sure, it doesn’t magically happen like they always show you in the presentations.

If you want someone to be able to reproduce a result you can produce – here are 2 important points to consider.

1. Some things are totally out of your control.

A person’s desire & work ethic – you can do your best to help improve these things but at the end of the day, if they don’t want it and aren’t willing to work for it, there’s not much you can do.

2.  Real coaching, is valuable.

For many ‘coaches’ online – it seems the only goal is to ‘get the money‘.

There is a big difference between a coach and a good salesperson.

A while back I took my boys swimming.

I noticed something interesting.

I would give them, what I thought were perfect instuctions.

They would try to swim and then (even with those great instructions) not do what I’d just told them to do.

I would say, “Hey, let’s work on this.”

I may have to point that thing out a few times, watch them practice and finally after a while – they’d get it.

First it was pointing the feet like a flipper.

Then it was hand position, and stroke and face position and timing for breathing.

After a while, one by one, my boys could swim!

I realized something important that day.

While training is valuable, most people just won’t get it right when they try to apply.

This is where a real coach can be extremely valuable.

One of my team members, Francisco Hernandez, who sponsnored around 13 new customers in a month has his students send him screenshots of the conversations they’re having.

Why?

So he can give them feedback and tips on the process.

Guess what?

Michelle Kind, one of his new customers sponsored her first customer within 2 days and has continued to sponsor new customers.

Desire + work ethic + Good training + Real coaching = Replication
