Before I knew how to use My Lead System Pro I was sponsoring about a person a month. After I figured it out, I started sponsoring a person a day.
So what was the change?
Simply put, I started using the system the way it was meant to be used. I want to show you how do the same so you can sponsor with ease.
The first thing you’ll want to do as you sign up new members is call and welcome them to My Lead System Pro. This is where you’ll take the opportunity to build a relationship with them by asking them questions, listening and getting to know them a little bit.
If you do this properly, sometimes you’ll see that prospects are open to switching companies right off the bat.
Next you’ll want to show them the “start here” section and get them pointed in the right direction in order to get their system set up. This will involve setting up their first couple affiliate accounts. They should then call you back..
I usually tell my prospects that magnetic sponsoring is not mandatory but highly recommended.
In making this simple suggestion, my prospects usually buy the book and this puts a twenty dollar bill in my pocket. So, by now you’ve made around 10 bucks for the introductory MLSP membership and $20 for the Magnetic sponsoring ebook.
Making money before someone joins your business is a pretty cool way to do things
Are you ready for the best part?
Your prospect will call you back BEFORE they move on to setting up their primary program. This part is critical.
I’m telling you… sponsoring is the easiest thing in the world when you get this part down.
Help them understand that you are about to help them input their company presentation into the MLSP back office.
Then say this… “Pierre, let me ask you a question. Are you open to looking at ways to generate income outside of XYZ Company?”
Surprisingly enough, most people are open to looking at ways to generate income. Especially network marketers. It’s at this point you’ll want to direct them to your primary presentation inside the My Lead System Pro back office.
But what if they say “no, they are not open”.
You can then say something like this. “You know what Pierre, I completely understand and respect you for your focus. You must be focused to make money in this industry. That being said, you still need to see a presentation that sponsors high numbers of reps inside the My Lead System Pro system. My presentation does just that. What I want you to do is watch my presentation and take some notes as to how you would like to put your presentation together.”
What’s so dang cool about this process is that you get ALL of your MLSP members to watch you company presentation even if they were opposed to looking at anything else in the first place.
If you have a good presentation, even the prospects who were not initially open will join your company.
As you can see, sponsoring new customers inside the My Lead System Pro system can be incredibly easy if you follow this simple game plan.
