3 Steps To Strong Residuals

I had a friend I called The X Man who gave me some great advice.

He said some people in home business like to recruit & drain.

This is where you sign someone up and then put them in a never ending sales process designed to drain them of every spare dollar they have.

I guess that’s one way to go.

A better way, said the X man, is to recruit & train.

Teach them to actually succeed.

I added a 3rd word that seems to be helpful for building strong residuals.

Retain.  

One more time.

It’s not recruit & drain.

Instead, it’s recruit, train & retain.
