Biblical Riches & Magical Wish Granting

For the last week or so, I’ve been spending a few minutes each morning reading from the ‘Good Book.’

Do I believe the Bible is word for word, literally and categorically the word of God?

We’ll save that discussion for another day.

Besides that, I can see a whole slew of reasons for becoming familiar with this ancient text.

  • It seems to be the world’s best selling book of all time coming in at roughly 2.5 billion copies sold (Beating Harry Potter by a couple billion copies)  Gotta be something to learn from that…
  • It carries great weight and authority for communication – and is filled with inspiration, quotes, metaphors and stories that can be extremely useful for anyone wishing to become more influential in their communication…
    • Related to this point, the more you know it – the less it can be used against you.
  • And maybe, just maybe – for those who have eyes to see, messages from the infinite can be found for the sincere searcher…

I picked 2 little nuggets for freedom crusaders from my study this morning.

First off – what does the Bible say about riches?

Probably a lot but kicking off the intro of the topic we find Abram being both blessed and according to Genesis 13:2 ‘very rich.

Interesting.

And how about magical wish granting?

One of my old mentors used to say, ‘It is more powerful to be unified, than it is to be right.’

Cooperation is law of success #12.

The Bible puts a huge exclamation point on this principle with the intro to the story of the tower of Babel.

And the Lord said behold the people is one, and now nothing will be retained from them which they have imagined to do.’  Genesis 11:6

So there you have it.

Biblical blessing of riches and magical wish granting through the power of unity.

All kidding aside, I think the message of unity is beautiful and I can see how there would be divine assistance to those who have decided to be of one heart and one mind.

This can also be referred to as the mastermind principle discussed by Napoleon Hill in great detail when he refers to the 3rd mind that’s created when 2 or more are gathered together in unity.

I love another phrase in the story of Babel,

“And the whole Earth was of one language and one speech.”

Perhaps that could be a metaphor for what could be possible when we all come together in love and peace.

Long story short – money seems to be a requirement for financial freedom and if you’ve been held back by the thought that God wants you to avoid it, maybe this little nugget from Abram can give you some Biblical backing for your righteous desire for prosperity.

And maybe, on your way, if you can align your intentions with the intentions of others, and be unified in your desire to help everyone win – divine blessing can attend your journey to freedom.
