I was reading a little book on influential communication the other week.

It’s called “Exactly What To Say” and it’s by Phil M Jones (in case you’re curious).

He shared a great closing tip.

When you get to the point where you know your prospect likes what they see and are now just looking for a bit of guidance,

Use the term “Most People.”

This taps into our unconscious desire to follow along with the crowd and not be alone.

You could say something like..

“So what most people do, is get started with our trial membership.  It’s low risk with a 100% money back guarantee.  Would you like to do that as well?”
